MercurialSCM.update(...) should respect slave node default encoding

      I have master node with default encoding cp1251 and a slave node with default encoding utf8. Mercurial changesets that are coming from slave node are broken.

          Could you be more specific about what is not working? Steps to reproduce?

          (You are strongly recommended to set the platform encoding to UTF-8 on all nodes to avoid possible problems.)

          Setting UTF-8 as default encoding is a bit difficult on windows xp. I have a patch to fix this bug. Here it is: http://hudson.pastebin.com/CFcntA1S

          Please, fix this issue using patch I've submitted. I'm forced to rebuild plugin with my patch every time when something changes.

          Launcher.getComputer is deprecated. Check to see if the attached patch fixes it for you. I have no real way of verifying any patch.

          (By the way I will be on holiday until January so I might not be able to respond until then.)
