every successfull build email notification

      Now it is not possible to configure hudson to send email on every successful
      build. The lack of email doesn't mean necessarily, that some build is
      successful. It may be caused by other reasons (for example if hudson fails).

      Since the email notification is very important for such kind of systems like
      Hudson, the priority is set to high!
