      Description

      Currently, when a Perforce label is created by the Hudson Perforce plugin, the owner isn't set. it would be helpful to either have it set to the account specified in the Perforce connection settings, or have the ability to specify an owner.

          Labels will now be created with the owner set to the perforce user configured for the job. A different user can be selected when manually creating a label through the Jenkins UI.
