Allow selection of Summary + failed tests only

      I think it's awesome that the IRC Bot now allows you to display the failed tests, but are you able to add a fourth option to the Channel Notification Message dropdown, "Summary + failed tests". The SCM changes for the project are fairly large and tend to take up roughly 12 lines, so avoiding the spam in the channel would be great.
