Code coverage color scheme not suited for color blind users

The current color scheme used to indicate lines without test coverage is pretty much unusable for color blind people like myself. The reds and greens looks like the same color.

The color change was introduced in this version: Version 0.8.10 (15-Jan-2010) (http://jenkins.361315.n4.nabble.com/cobertura-plugin-color-change-td932633.html)

I realize that the old stronger color scheme was unpleasant for some users, so I propose a 'color blind' mode in the settings-page so that projects that have color blind people can switch to it, while leaving "normal" projects unchanged.
