Promotion permalinks: for last successfull promotion

      Now there are 2 permalinks for a promotion:

      • last promoted build (for the job);
      • last promotion execution (for the build).

      It would be useful to add similar permalinks for last successful promotion (when the promotion script succeeded):

      • last successfully promoted build (for the job);
      • last successful promotion execution (for the build).

          One might even argue, that it is a bug that the current permalinks can point to failed promotions. If you have other jobs depending the previous promotions, they will fail because the promotion failed.
