Downstream build view does not appear to support "Downstream-Ext Plugin"

      Downstream build view does not appear to support "Downstream-Ext Plugin". When I configure a job and use "Build other projects (extended)" nothing is displayed in the "Downstream build view". If I move my projects to "Build other projects", then they display in "Downstream build view".
