By highlighted, do you mean bolded?

And do you really want the option, or do you just want it to not be bold?

I personally like the bold as it separates the timestamps from the build output making it obvious that it was not actually part of the original build output.

Perhaps instead of a boolean option the type of font can be selected, i.e. normal, bold, italics, color, etc?

If it weren't bold it would be important to select someway to make it different than the build output.
