Would be very useful if plugin manager showed use-count for installed plugins

      It would be really handy to be able to look at the installed plugins page and see a column of usage counts that indicated how many jobs were using each plugin.

      In our environment we have a big master Jenkins with lots of plugins, but I really don't know which ones are being used. You could also upload this information as anonymous data to a global collector to share real popularity for each plugin.
