Shortcut to console output

      Usability would be improved if there was a shortcut to a builds console output
      on the dashboard.

      my build 4 hours (#19)[L] 3 minutes (#23)[L]

      '[L]' is the link to the console output, but of course with a nice icon (like
      http://images.sourceforge.net/images/icons/silk/paste_plain.png).

          I really hesitate to make the top page more complicated.

          There's a separate RFE about making the end of the build console available in
          the build top page, and I prefer that better.

          OK, that would also be a good solution to speed up the ui.
