Sometimes a failure on Hudson cannot easily reproduce outside, for whatever
reason (I just had a bug here that only shows up when test cases are executed in
a certain order.)
Furthermore, we are all too lazy to remember how to run a single maven test
under a debugger.
So it would be convenient if we have a "debug this test" button on a failed
test. When you click that, Hudson would launch mvn with the right command, and
tell the user the TCP port to connect his debugger to.
