A cleanup option with two alternatives :
      a) either based on the number of kept run in the job configuration
      b) or based on a user's value (nbr of run or nbr of days) which
should be lower than the number of configured kept runs or days.

In order to avoid not controlled growing disk occupancy.

          [JENKINS-9994] Have a cleanup option

          The feature already exists.
The ArtifactDeployer plugin has 'Delete remote artifacts when the build is deleted' feature and 'Execute a groovy script when the job is deleted' feature.
Deletion features are called when a job is deleted (whatever the deletion origin).
