Description
When spinning up a Windows machine with Internet Explorer 11, it appears our "redirect" pages aren't working properly.
This could obviously be a security setting on Windows, but the fact that there's a blank page leaves much to be desired. We should render a simple page that at least says we're attempting to redirect the user.
