jenkins.io has a 3MB backdrop picture causing page load to take ages

    Description

      Which means the site takes over 1.5 minutes to load which is not really acceptable.

      see attached screenshot with loading times.

      The page loads - and is usable in the interim but you see the spinner spinning for ages...
