The original decision to use Elasticsearch was because it's an ideal candidate for full-text searching with filtering. Yet we're barely past 1.2k plugins at this point with no reason to believe we'll be at 100k or even 1m. Consider using a client-side DB solution:

• Simpler deployment
• Better performance
