      Description

      The "Jenkins Swarm" plugin https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Swarm+Plugin links to an artifactory site to download the client JAR file

       

      The Artifactory Repository is down and/or slow to respond: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/swarm-client/

      I have encountered long wait times, 500, and 502 errors downloading the following file from the Artifactory Repository: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/swarm-client/3.7/swarm-client-3.7.jar
