      Description

      If we have Chinese Jenkins guide page, more and more Chinese people will use Jenkins.
      I want to do this, but don't know who to do it.

          The plugin site itself can be localized in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/plugin-site. It is possible to just add https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-localization to it and fix the strings.

          Plugin documentation content (e.g. Documentation pages) are much trickier, I have no good advice there.
