Description
The bottom of the jenkins.io home page lists project sponsors. GitHub is missing, but they provide us a free jenkinsci-cert subscription with private repos.
Filing here as I don't know what the threshold to be a "major contributor" is. Currently we're at "Diamond" plan (up to 300 private repos), but I cannot find any references to what that would cost since it's a legacy plan (and the UI with free coupon shows 0$ for everything).
I think it's reasonable to put them in the text list. Microsoft, Red Hat, CloudBees and OSUOSL are all contributing big financial/infrastructure parts. Most of the text list provide their services for free
