      Description

      In the GSoC 2019 ideas page for Multibranch pipeline for gitlab, the chat link leads to the common jenkinsci gitter channel ('gsoc-sig'). We need to update the chat link to reference to the project specific gitter channel ('gitlab-branch-source-plugin')
