Plugin Site does not render the JCasC Logo URL correctly

      Description

      After changes in WEBSITE-406, it looks like some image URLs still do not get resolved correctly. E.g. the JCasC logo URL is resolved to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jenkinsci/configuration-as-code-plugin/masterplugin/src/main/webapp/img/logo-head.svg ("masterplugin"), a slash is missing.

       

      It leas to a broken image. At the same time, many other images get rendered correctly

            The relative links to pages inside the GitHub repository are broken too. For example: `https://github.com/jenkinsci/configuration-as-code-plugin/blob/masterdemos` in the 'Examples' sub-section.
