Display issue tracker links in the Update Site

      Description

      It would be great it the plugin site was displaying issue tracker links on the plugin website. These links can point either to Jenkins JIRA, GitHub Issues or other Jira location.

      Data sources: POM.xml metadata and GitHub could be sources of information. POM.xml metadata flow could be a default one, but Maven HPI plugin and Update Site Generator may need updates

          Gavin Mogan has completed it for Jira. Now we need to update the interface to support GitHub.
