allow nunit plugin to run before junit

      As discussed here http://www.nabble.com/Re%3A-include-nunit-integration-tests-
      in-build-test-results-p14271868.html , it would be useful to be able to run
      nunit plugin before junit, so that files generated by nunit plugin can be
      processed and published by Junit
