The check box in "make baseline" creates a new baseline on the stream when running in child or sibling mode and build is successful. But the baseline is created with the -identical switch (and potentially also -all?) which causes baselines to be created - even on non-modifiable components.

Please loose the -identical switch (and -all if it's used).
