Promoted builds plugin config files not synced

The config files created by the "Promoted builds" plugin are not versioned with the SCM Sync configuration plugin. These files are located in ${JENKINS_HOME}/jobs/JOB_NAME/promotions/PROMOTION_NAME/config.xml.
