Our builds take a while to run, so I would like the jabber notification to send
the developers a message letting them know their build is done. All of our
developers have the same jabber address suffix, and it would be great if there
was an option for this plugin to set this, just as there is for the email.

There is an option for Notify SCM suspects, and Notify SCM fixers, that will
notify the person who broke/fixed the build. What we would really like is to
simply notify the person who committed (using SVN name + jabber suffix) that
their build has failed or succeeded and is ready to use.
