Clearcase plugin (greater than 1.3.5) doesn't display activity chain in change log.

      Activity chain was extracted correctly in clearcase plugin 1.3.5
      In all subsequent releases this feature doesn't work.
      I found that in changelog.xml the "<subactivity>" section is not written at all.
