The badges that appear in the build history (if the project configuration has changed since the last build) contain a link to show the diffs between the current config version and the one before.
However, since more than one change might have occurred since the last build, this behaviour needs to be changed. They should show the diffs between the current configuration and the one that was current at the time of the last build.
