weblogic.Deployer custom arguments

It would be handy if the arguments passed to the weblogic.Deployer could be customized.
For example, tick boxes that can select which arguments to pass.
When deploying to a local environment, options like "-remote" and "-upload" are not required.
It would also be good to have the option to use "-nostage"
