HTTP HEAD request on Jenkins throwing error

      An error is thrown when a HTTP HEAD request is made to Jenkins main page (see error-dashboard.txt in attachment).

      The same type of error is thrown when a HEAD request is made to REST API (see error-rest-api.txt in attachment)

      Seems like Winstone attempts to write a response on a HEAD request ?
