Wrong path for help messages

      Links to help messages are wrong, the application base path is duplicated, for example:
      http://live.clinkerhq.com/jenkins/jenkins/static/7541d0e8/plugin/android-emulator/help-sdkRoot.html

      Every help message is showing: "ERROR: Failed to load help file: Not found"
