I don't know if it's specific to email-ext, but that's where I noticed the
issue. If I uncheck the checkbox "Send To Committers" for one of the triggers in
the advanced configuration and then save the configuration, the change is not
registered: if I go back to the configuration page, the checkbox is still checked.
