It appears that the URL change Trigger is a bit unstable. Sometimes when hudson
has been restarted (or actually the glassfish it is deployed on) it looses track
of the updates.

After it looses track of the updates no more changes will be noticed and no more
builds will be started.

the workaround seem to be disable url change trigger (and blank url field),save
the project and then re-enable the trigger
