A comment was made in the plugin home page about adding the ability to customize the created issue:

I think that this will be really useful. It is nice to have issues generated automatically for each failed test case, however there isn't much context in the issue and it requires a good bit of manual intervention to get the useful information within the issue for a developer to analyze. Allowing to at least customize the description would give the user the flexibility to add more information into the issue. For example, a link to the test case result page or the jenkins build home page could be inserted into the description.
