Use noun phrases for new items

      Freestyle project rather than Build a free-style software project, and so on. Should make Folder, Workflow, etc. look less out of place.

      Look for impls of TopLevelItemDescriptor.getDisplayName. Most will be out in non-core repos (plugins etc).
