Using hudson ver. 1.262 on Windows Server 2003. The only trigger I have
installed is the url-change-trigger. If I start Hudson and create a new job
using the trigger, it works as expected. However, if Hudson reloads the
configuration from disk for any reason, the trigger will stop working. This
includes stopping and starting Hudson, as well as clicking the 'Reload
Configuration from Disk' link.

Just curious if anyone knows what could be going on before I start digging into
the code.
