Stackoverflow if a project has a downstream project which leads back to itself.

    Description

      If there is a project with multiple downstream projects, and one of the downstream projects loops back to itself, a stack overflow is thrown. Instead it should print a warning about the cyclic projects, and not fail to load the pipeline view.
