[PATCH] instant-messaging-plugin prevents JVM from shutting down

      ScheduledExecutorService in HudsonIsBusyListener prevents graceful shutdown as it creates a user thread. Can be reproduced with latest Tomcat 7.x. Pull request with fix here https://github.com/jenkinsci/instant-messaging-plugin/pull/13
