Send additional build information while exporting test results

      Starting with Klaros-Testmanagement 4.4.0 information regarding the build server and build job is required for additional functionality.

      Supported values are:

      buildServerUrl: The Jenkins root URL
      buildJobId: The Jenkins job name/id
      buildId: The build number
