The header of an email message from "uneditable" email notification that comes
with hudson by default includes In-Reply-To. But the editable email plugin
omits that. This makes it impossible to see Failed, Still Failing and Fixed for
the same job in a thread.

Would it be possible to include In-Reply-To in editable email? I have no choice
but to switch from editable email back to "uneditable" email because of this.
But uneditable email gives me no control over the content of job notices.
