The script seems to have a problem with getting the latest version. It seems to be downloading version 2.9 instead of 2.21, possibly it takes 2.21 and 2.9 as 2.21 and 2.90 where 2.90 would actually be a higher version than 2.21. Version 2.9 is too outdated to still be used for integration testing using selenium and chrome.
