As of Hudson 1.299 and promoted-builds 1.2, the star icons that indicate
promotions only appear in the build history section of a job page. Ideally, I'd
like to be able to identify promoted builds wherever they are linked:

• the main dashboard view, where "last success"/"last failure" are listed
• the global build history
