      In Scope

      • On the branches tab or pull request tab the developer can click on the history icon (https://material.io/icons/#ic_history) against a branch
      • Tooltip "History"
      • This switches the view to the activity tab and automatically filters the list by branch
      • Developer can then use the filter control (JENKINS-35768) to update the activity filter

            A tooltip on the icon would definitely help. Just populating the title attribute should be sufficient.
