Add shortcut to build console log from pipeline view

I would find it very beneficial if we could have, on every completed task of a pipeline run, a shortcut to that build's console log, much like the build pipeline plugin has always had. That way a user could peek under the covers of the build's console output without having to open up the job and leave the pipeline view.

Proposed solution

• Configurable option to allow task link to shortcut directly to console output, instead of the job page for that particular job run
