Description
In addition to being able to trigger when a node is started, it would be useful to trigger when a node comes back online.
A typical case is where some jobs are set to only run when online, but when the node comes back from offline, it would help keep everything in sync to run the job once.

I like it, good idea. I've thrown something together for the next release. The "Advanced" settings will allow you to determine which startup scenarios you would desire:
1. Trigger when Node connects
2. Trigger when Node is brought online
And you can select any combination of one or both... Although I suppose you should select at least one, otherwise the plugin won't do anything... Anyways, this sound like what you were thinking?
