I'm submitting this patch on behalf of Neill Robbins, who contributed the code. I merely did a bit of
touch-up and packaging.

This patch modifies the Cobertura plugin so that on the results pages, coverage levels are displayed as a
green and red bar, rather than just a numeric ratio.
