Error stating "Local WAR file does not existing", though war file does exist

      See attached file. The war file does exist and has the correct permissions however the plugin returns an error message:

      [msasd1] Uploading WAR file : /export/home/svmsbuild/workspace/deploy-war/target/webtop-6.82.0000.0171.war => /opt/tomcat/webapps/webtop-6.82.0000.0171.war
      ERROR: Exception while executing as mfaine@msasd1: Local WAR file does not existing. : /export/home/svmsbuild/workspace/deploy-war/target/webtop-6.82.0000.0171.war
