Help missing for pipeline view maxNumberOfVisiblePipelines property

      The help text is not displayed correctly for the maxNumberOfVisiblePipelines property when configuring a delivery pipeline view in the Jenkins UI.

      The reason is that the help html file has the wrong name as it was not renamed accordingly with a previous refactoring.
