Duplicate Matrix Combination Parameter name on build page

      Matrix Configuration Parameter Plugin 1.1.0

      After updating the Matrix Configuration Parameter Plugin to 1.1.0,
      the build with parameter page
      would show a duplicate Matrix Combination Parameter name on top.
