Tune log level for macro evaluation exceptions in TokenUtils

If using Delivery Pipeline Plugin (DPP) 0.10.2 and template expansion in TokenUtils (using Token Macro plugin) fails, DPP will log stacktraces excessively. Although stacktraces are useful for troubleshooting and undesired consequence is that log files might fill up quickly if delivery pipeline views are constantly rendered.

This will occur often when used together with Token Macro Plugin 2.0 or later for jobs where the workspace is no longer available. Workaround is to downgrade to Token Macro 1.9 or later on 1.x. Related to JENKINS-40763.

Proposed solution is to tune the log level of the TokenUtils logging for MacroEvaluationExceptions.
