Why does the Blue Ocean UI so prominently display the Blue Ocean logo and name?

Is the idea that Blue Ocean will stand separate to Jenkins? Or one day replace the main UI? I fell like from the Blue Ocean UI there is no indication at all that this is Jenkins and that the Blue Ocean logo and name should be the Jenkins logo and name.
